Which day for MK?

I'm sure this has been asked before...Going to Disney is late sept/early oct. trying to decide which dat to go to mk (we are also doing mnsshp) - is it best to avoid mk on days there is a party or do people tend to not go there on that day? I know there might not be a definite answer but thought I would check. Tia!

MK is usually recommended on party days, the logic being that less people will go there because of shorter park hours. Just keep in mind you won't get to see the new fireworks show if that's your only MK day.

In my opinion, it doesn't matter. Go whenever your family wants to be there. To me, the only really insane days are major holidays...4th of July, Xmas, etc... You can expect weekends to be busier than weekdays, but even on a Saturday, it's not a big deal.

For lighter crowds you should go on a party day but if you plan correctly it won't matter what day of the week you go.

Thx all. We are pretty experienced (this will be my 12th trip) but our last three have been summer and none have been when there were parties. This is the logic I was thinking. Thx!

I wouldn't do it on a party day. You get more time in the park if you don't and Missing the new show would be a deal breaker for me. When I worked there I never saw much difference between a party day and a non party day
