Which would be a better day to spend at LEGOLAND?

Day1:
Arrival day. Can't check in until 3 to our hotel.
Would hit expo for the race I'm running at 9am, then will be able to get to Legoland around noon til closing.
Cooler temps 50's
Leaves our warmer day to play in the pool at resort along with mini-golf.

Day2:
Day before race.
Can arrive at rope drop but would need to leave around 4ish for dinner plans with friends.
Warmer temps 70's
Leaves our only available day for playing in the pool a 55 degree temps day along with mini-golf

First, I would make sure LegoLand is open on the days you want to visit and check the park hours. They are not open every day like a Disney park. They also closer earlier, like 5 p.m.

I would want to be there at rope drop. You will get in a full day of fun even if you have to leave at 4 p.m.

I went last summer for the first time. Like Disney, getting there at rope drop is definitely the best plan. We did all major coasters coasters before the lines got long. We stayed until about 3 or 4. And my DD7 loved every minute!
