Which day at USF?

I just booked a condo for me, 3 college aged kids, and my BIL for Sun-Fri Dec 13-18 (Hubby and I are doing a Universal vacation in January).

BIL once lived in the area, but hasn't been back in nearly 20 years; this is likely his only trip back (age & circumstances). He wants to do WDW and USF (I normally limit to one when we come down). Both my boys have been to all the Orlando parks, bc, you know, they're my kids. DS2's gf is coming with us; she has never been to FL. I figure 4 Disney days and 1 at USF with park to park.

For the December trip, which weekday would you choose to minimize crowds and maximize what we get to do?

No idea what crowds will be like by Jan, but when we were there week before last, both Tues & Wed were extremely low crowds, so I'd go with one of those !

I've been going on Mondays- today was the best day yet (I guess because the local kids are back in school). I didn't wait longer than 30 min for anything (and most waits were 20 min or less).
