Can I get your input? AKL, BC, Poly or WL concierge? We are not sure exactly what time of year we are going. It will be either May or December. The only CL I am familiar with are WL and YC. Which would you prefer of the ones listed above? Also does anyone know the cost of the Disney Suite at the AKL? Does it have a savannah view?

Okay I have stayed club level in order >> Poly, WL, GF, Yacht Club & BWI. Will be staying AKL Club in May of this year. Not much help to you but those are the ones I stayed at.:goodvibes I like all of them except the GF.

Out of the Resorts you mentioned my family and I have tried Club Level at the Polynesian. It was a very good experience staying there so we have nothing to complain about, so I hopefully that will help with your decision.

I have stayed at both AKL and POLY. Love them both! Never stayed at WL but heard great things about it there. I will try that one soon. We are staying at the BC in Sept....and I'm a little concerned because I haven't heard anything "GREAT" about it. I guess I will see, unless I just change resorts....hmmmm, maybe a good time to try WL??? Oh no!!! Now I'm thinking again....DH is going to think I've really lost it this time! LOL :rotfl:

Overall, I think each CL has different things to offer! Depends on what you're looking for. Happy planning!!

Out of BC/AKL/WL I think AKL wins hands down. Best experience we ever had and the sunrise safari was wonderful!!

I have no idea which one is the Disney Suite, but here are the starting suite prices from the Disney website.

One Bedroom from $675
Two Bedroom from $1,215
Vice Presidential from $1,800
Presidential from $2,075

Of the ones you listed, we've tried The Poly and BC. I would not return to the BC, it was the worst of all the concierges we've tried (CR, BWI, YC, GF RPC are the others). We always end our trips in a LVC room at The Poly. :goodvibes I'd like to try AKL next. We're staying at AKV in August, but couldn't get a concierge room. If you choose AKL, i'd love to hear your thoughts.

What is this?

A lagoon view concierge room. :thumbsup2

Also why was BC so bad? We did not like YC mostly due to the rude staff but there were also other reasons.

The lounge is far too small IMO and we never once got a seat in there. It would close in between services, so you couldn't go and get a drink anytime. Our room was small and dark with this view:

We asked to be moved and they told us "sorry, we're full". I know we didn't book a water view, but we didn't expect to be looking along a rooftop at a pile of bricks and workmen from our balcony. DH spoke to a manager and they agreed to move us to a water view room at The YC the next day. I didn't think YC was 'wow' either, but it was much better than our short stay at the BC. If we ever give the BC another try, we'd book the water view rather than concierge.

I'm sorry staff were rude to you, we experienced the same at the GF RPC when we complained about Mousekeeping. We would leave our room at 8am most mornings and get back around 4 or 5pm to shower for dinner to find our room still hadn't been cleaned. We'd finally get in there and they'd be knocking on the door for turndown! The CM's response was a really sharp "your room is not a priority for cleaning, the ones being vacated are and they'll get to yours eventually".

What a LOVELY view--NOT! When we stayed at YC we did have a great lagoon view but we had the same complaints that you did about BC concierge lounge. Plus we asked staff to get us a reservation for Artist's Point. He said nothing was availale. My husband called Disney Dining 10 minutes later and we had a choice of three different seatings!!! The staff also never said hello or even looked up from their desks when we got off the elevator. They seemed very rude to not only us but other guests as well. I think we might try AKL-CL next April.

Thanks for your info!
