Just looked at my ADRs and realized I have no character meals booked :scared1:

Which one would you recommend for a solo (non-MK, as I like to have an adult beverage with my meal)?

Thanks!

I love the clambake at the Yacht/Beach Club for dinner. That is always a good adult one. Also, 1900 Park Fare (for breakfast or dinner) at the Grand Floridian is another very good one. Then, you can always hop on the monorail to the parks. MK is only one stop from GF.

My favorite is Chef Mickey's as well. It's the best. I always go for my birthday. Makes me feel like a kid again. Plus, I have to have my souvenir place mat and birthday cupcake. The Crystal Palace is always good if you like the Pooh characters. They always have a good Tigger.:)

1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian if you like really good food and a little more subdued attmosphere, Chef Mickeys also has good food but IMO it just seems very kid oriented (as it should be) you also will be more involved, such as swinging your napkin every 15 mintues, as an adult without kids my 1st choice is 1900 Park Fare........the strawberry soup is sooooo good!

I've done Cape May buffet breakfast, Crystal Palace, and Tusker House with Donald all solo. My favorite by far was Cape May. It was calmer (well, no character meal is calm-less hectic!) and the character interaction was good. The food was excellent. I thought Tusker House's food was excellent too, but it was rather loud and hectic in there.

Garden Grille at Epcot is a great character meal and unusally quiet because of the seating. There are quite a few kids and families, but you'd almost never know it. The character interactions were great, the food was very good and they have an excellent selection of adult beverages!

I vote for Garden Grill too! The food is very good and the restaurant revolves so you get to see a different view throughout the meal...
