Hi Everyone
I am planning on doing one of these our first nights there, we did CP last year for dinner and I really enjoyed it, I thought the food was really good, but after looking at the menu's it looks like all three of these places have similar food, so if I don't base it on food, which of these would you guys prefer.....would love to hear some input....thanks:thumbsup2

We love chef Mickey’s the characters are fun and the resort and restaurant is beautiful!! The food is good and similar at both but I thick the dessert bar is better at Chef Mickey's!!

We have eaten at all three. Chef Mickey's is really fun, the food is good. Crystal Palace has Pooh, the food is better (IMO). 1900 Park Fair is magical for little princesses, the food there is the best (again, IMO).

Now, if you are taking a 3 yr. old boy and no little princesses, then 1900 loses it's edge. I think the food at CP is better than CM, but CM is more fun. You may also want to consider that you will have to enter MK for CP (I assume you have park tickets for this day?), will it be too much of a temptation to go into MK and NOT do the rides/ attractions there? If you think so, do CM instead. On the other hand if you DO want to hit a couple of rides/ attractions, then do CP.

Or on the OTHER hand ;) you might just want to choose based on which characters he likes better, Pooh and Friends or Mickey and the Gang?

We love CP. During the past 4 trips we have gone their on the first and last day of the trip, so it has now become our tradition! We go there because the food is great, it fills us up, and we are right there in MK so all we have to do is walk out and head right for the rides! But another favorite is 1900 Park Fare! It is a beautiful atmosphere and really great food. I think they have the best OJ in Disney! If you have already tried Cp then maybe give 1900 a try, you wont be disappointed with what ever you choose! Happy planning!

and I would highly recommend it! We did breakfast but the food was fabulous and the character interaction was great. There was Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto and Donald Duck.

CM food is really good, the dessert bar is amazing and the character interaction is great! This is one of our favorite places to eat Dinner at Disney. We had a bad experience in November at CP. I know I'm in the minority, but since it was the last night of our trip, its not a restaurant any in my family want to go to again. We are trying 1900 Park Fare for the first time in November and are really looking forward to it.

But I agree with PP, for a young boy, definately CM.
