Hi I want to go to one of these character breakfasts and just wanted to know which one you think is the best? (preferably if you have been to one of them)
1900 Park Fare, Cape May Cafe, Ohana, Restaurantosaurus, Chef Mickey's Restauurant.

Thanks

Tana

Our favorite is Cape May -- great characters and we like the food too.

Second choice for us would be 1900 Park Fare. We like the omelet station there and the characters are also good.

We've also had character breakfasts at the others over the last 5 years but would not go out of our way to return. JMHO

Have fun with whichever you decide. They are all different and everyone has their favorites.

Hi - My vote is for Restaurantosaurus in AK. Make a PS for before the park opens and then when you are done with eating you'll already be in the park and can get some of the popular rides done before the crowds :). The service is fast and friendly and the food was all hot and fresh.

We ate at Chef Mickey's during our trip in 2000- they had a good variety of food (especially for kids) but the service was awful and the quality of the food was lacking.

I've always wanted to try Cape May Cafe since the food for dinner has always been excellent. It's on top of our list for our next trip!

:)

Another vote for Restonasaurus. Food was excellent and character interaction was fab!!!!!

Of those choices, I vote for Chef Mickey's. It's our second favorite meal in all of WDW (second only to Crystal Palace breakfast).

Out of your choices I would pick Cape May for the first choice. We just ate there for breakfast last week & everything about this place was perfect. We had a 7:50 PS, the food was perfect, the character interaction was the best I experienced & our wait staff was so friendly & on top of things :)
Cape May is on your to do list again

Restonsasurus would be my second choice. We had a 8:10 PS which was great because we were in Dinoland before the park even opened. We were the first to ride the Dinosaur ride ;)
The food was hot & the servicers was funny....watch out for them though, they like to prank ;)

Chef Mickey was OK. The food was OK & the service was not that good but we did have wonderful character interaction so that made up for the bad.

We only ate at 1900 Park Faire for supper so I can not tell you how the breakfast is.

We were going to eat at OHana's but we were too tired from E-nights the night before that we cancel breakfast at OHana's. In December we do plan on trying it though.

Good luck with your decision

Out of your choices we have eaten at Cape May and Donald's. Cape May was good-there was lots to choose from and the character interaction was very good. We did not have a good experience with Donald's. We had an 8:10 PS and we felt very rushed. The food was good and our server was wonderful but the character interaction was just too hurried. (We were there in June when it is kinda busy in the parks, though) Our absolute favorite is Crystal Palace--it is a "must do" on every visit!! Good luck with your decision!!

My vote is for the Restaurantosaurus breakfast. The food is wonderful with lots of variety. Besides...where else can you spend some quality time with Donald Duck? : )

We went to breakfast at Chef Mickey's last September and it was wonderful. The food was good, our server was great and the character interaction was awesome!!!

Good luck with your decision!
