which by-owner site do YOU use to find vacation homes to rent?

We are about to close on a vacation home in Ocean City, NJ. We need to quickly jump onto a website to advertise our rental, but we are not sure which is the one to go with.

The big three, VRBO-Homeaway-ShoreSummerRental (even Flipkey),etc...are about the same price-wise, but we cannot afford more than one site.

Which do YOU use the most when you look for a rental?

We have rented about 8 times over that past 5 years and have always used VRBO. Now we are just comfortable with it so we always just go straight to there. We have looked at HomeAway and did not like the site as well.

I would go with VRBO. It's the first one I think of.

I've spent hours on VRBO and will be staying in our first VRBO rental next month.

The place we rent we found on VacationRentals.com, but it's run by VRBO. If you have to pick one go with VRBO. And you can advertise free on Craigslist, I think.

VRBO. We've rented off there with great results, and my MIL uses it for their rental properties.
