Which Boardwalk building front are Boardwalk overlook villas in?

We've booked a BWV 1br that's a Boardwalk overlook one.

I'm guessing it'll be in the Crest O' The Wave (the blue building) but haven't ever been in the BWV so no idea.

Anybody know?

The entire facade facing the water is boardwalk view.

Boardwalk view villas are in sections 12 - 16. Section 11 is known as Villa Green area and is Pool/Garden booking category.

I recently stayed in 3005 (a studio, but there are 1 bedrooms near by). It was a heck of a walk down the hall (there’s an exit door towards the path to DHS which I also used to swing onto the Boardwalk between Atlantic Dance Hall and Jellyrolls) but I had a truly spectacular unobstructed view of Spaceship Earth. If you don’t need to be near the lobby, I highly recommend one of the lower numbered rooms (eg sections 15-16 on the schematic above).

Well, DUH! Silly me didn't consider there are undoubtedly a slew of Boardwalk overlook villas.

Sheesh! I'm used to teeny-tiny VGF1. My imagination is thus sadly limited.

It was a heck of a walk down the hall

Yes, I'm thankful that Kidani came along to steal the title of Longest Hallways (even longer when you're tired from the parks) away from BWV.

I actually prefer staying at the end of the hallways at boardwalk. Easy access to the walkway to Hollywood plus shortens that walk some, also can park the car at that end of the parking lot and get back to the room a lot quicker.

A bit of a hike to get to our villa isn't a concern as it's on our arrival night for that single night.

We'll be coming in from a 6.5 hour drive. I'll welcome stretching legs after that, and DH uses a powerchair.

We got the contract for SAP anyway. May not stay at BWV subsequently, only book it at 11 mos. as a fallback if no other resort appeals for our arrival night home.

A bit of the hike to an end boardwalk view room is actually not very long — about 1/3 the distance of the walk from lobby to end rooms at Kidani.
