I drug a 60D with a rented 70-200 2.8 IS around for an entire week a couple of weeks ago with a BR. Now that I think back, I generally tried to keep my hands on the camera, not because it was uncomfortable but mostly because it wasn't "my" lens. I wasn't carrying it so much as securing it and making sure it wasn't pulling too hard on my tripod socket.
I let my other lenses "swing" on my 60D all the time while at WDW and I'm so secure about it now that I don't even think about it anymore. I would never drag my 60D around all day in the parks without the BR strap. I never did before I had one. Like I said, I don't even think about it now, but it's nice to know the camera is at my fingertips.
I must have made 20+ trips to WDW since I bought my BR (Don't remember the "model" but I think it's a 6?) with no regrets. I use it at home now too and I have several other straps including an Industry Disgrace and multiple Canon Pro straps. I hardly ever use anything else.
