which attractrion could you do without?

Micca...I agree with you on your choice. The Indy Speedway would be great if it didn't have a track to keep the car in line. It's not Indy at all.

Boy, you all have soooo many good ones here. I say implode the all.

But I'd like to shift gears for a minute and put something back that was taken away. And no I'm not going the Toad direction here. I want the Main Street Cinema back the way it was. I want to see the old 40's and 50's clips and sit and relax. I know they removed it to stop people from basically loitering (esp. on rainy days). But then they went and did the exact same thing at Casey's where they have all of the sports related clips playing and they even built a Grandstand to sit and relax. Is Pal Mickey that popular that they can't have the Cinema be a Cinema???

Thanks for listening.:listen:

If you liked the Main Street Cinema, definatly check out the theater in the bac of the Expo Hall. They show classic Disney shorts like "Steamboat Willie", "The Band Concert" and "Flowers and Trees" all day. It's a great place to sit down, relax, and take a break from the park. It's in the back of the camera shop next to Tony's.

If I never see Timekeeper again that will be fine with me. I'd go back if they added seats though, it would be a good one to nap through.

Posted earlier that I could do without the Hall of Presidents, but after reading posters after mine I have to amend that to say Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse also. I think I have ignored this one for so many years that I actually forgot that it was there! It really is a waste of space and time.

I could do without the riverboat ride in Liberty Square. I even was bored with it on the MNSSHP last year. One problem that night, there was no place to sit and hear the stories.

Bobbi:D

Me, I could quite happily do without Rio del Tiempo in the Mexico pavilion at Epcot. Pitiful, just pitiful. And some of those little dolls looked like escapees from It's a Small World.

Sounds Dangerous is a close second, but it's saving virtue is that it's dark and cool and you can get a nice nap in there on a hot day.

** plus i don't think that many people know it is there. My mom and I discovered it by accident. We thought it was an exit!

actually i have this tradition that every year i go to disneyworld, I buy a piece of Mexican candy and ride that ride. Its just a fun tradition even though the ride is really boring. Last time my brother and I went to epcot alone because my parents wanted to take a break.....anyways on the ride we made fun of it the whole time.......but it was fun because we made it fun!:teeth:

I say Snow White Adventure. Everytime I walk past that there is like an hour wait, and it is so short and boring, so now we have to avoid it when we go cause the girls(3&8) want to go on it.

Tarzan Rocks would bite the dust if I had my way. No one in our group wants to see Tarzan again.

The Jungle Cruise!!!!! Oh my gosh - it is soooo outdated. Cover that baby in a tunnel, give me some 3-D, special effects, or SOMETHING. At least put some real animals in there or since AK is now available, just do away with the ride altogether.

It's a nice 'sit down and relax' ride - but really, we have come so much further now.

Of course, you are getting the opinion of someone who thought Mr. Toads Wild Ride was the greatest thing on earth!!!!!!!

Hey cool, just made a comment about this thread idea!

Mine are Indy Speedway. I cannot say how much I hate this ride! And for the poster who is afraid she is stuck with it now that she has a baby, sorry sister, you are right!

Not too fond of the riverboat--BORING

The Tiki birds has got to be the worst "show" at WDW. Blow it up. It was bad bad bad before, but "under new management" it is unspeakably awful!

Snow white is not for children. And I do not get the idea of standing in line forever for your children to get wet and meet Ariel.

Almost anything in MGM I could live without. That is like a two hour park for us, but I know that some of it is the ages of my kids.

Another vote for the Treehouse!!!! Sorry, I love the Country Bears!!!:smooth:

I could live without Tom Saywer's Island and the Swiss Family Treehouse. That is so boring. I never liked it as a kid. And I never will.
