Which Amtrak station is closer: Orlando or Kissimee?

Hi fellow DVC'ers!
I taking some friends down to the Beach Club Villas as a gift, but they won't fly and are taking Amtrak.
The Amtrak operator told them that the Orlando station is closer to WDW than the Kissimee station, but that doesn't seem right.
Anyone know first hand?

Kissimmee is much closer to WDW. I've taken this trip many times and used to get off the train in Orlando. I tried Kissimme once and was hooked. No more I-4!! The trip to WDW is about 20-25 minutes, depending on the resort.

Kissimmee is indeed closer to WDW destinations. Orlando has rental cars and the Coach USA shuttle to Disney (both of which Kissimmee lacks), but is farther away.

I've used the one in Kissimmee and had Tiffany Town car pick me up there. No problem. Be warned, though, it's a tiny "one-horse-town" type of train station. Very old fashioned. Make your arrangements ahead of time for pick up and you'll be fine.
