Which airlines fly direct from Toronto to Orlando

There is that I know of:

Air Canada
Skyservice
Air Transat

Any missed?

Also any thoughts on why (for example) American does not fly direct?

I haven't had my coffee as yet, but I think that there is one other but they are affiliated with A/C (United Airlines?) so there rates are high also.

American has the layovers due to the fact that the flight out of YYZ are not full and this way they can fill them up! My thoughs anyways
