Which airline?

We're flying down to Orlando in Nov from Nova Scotia. Because of schedules we are considering either United with a stop in Washington or Continental with a stop in Newark. Anyone have anything good or bad to say about either of these airlines or airports ?

I've never had the opportunity to fly Continental. We've used United on trips to Hawaii and the West Coast and we had no complaints. I believe they have a share code agreement with USAirways, so you may actually end up on a USAirways flight.
