I'm in sore need of a little sound advice....where better to turn?:worship:

I have booked a 7 day WDW trip for my wife and I from 2012-01-20th to 2012-01-27th.

It looks as though we will be purchasing the Basic DP. So here's the issue, I know 3 ADR's that Im going to make (one of which is Chef Mickey's for Breakfast so we'll leave it out of the mix)...I need help with the other Dinner's over our trip...the only requirements are that your suggestions are awesome and 1TS credit. Im thinking we'll just wing it for lunches at CS spots. Below I'll add the date and park we will be in that day and any blanks please feel free to make suggestions!

This our first trip to WDW and she is a Disney girl..BELIEVE ME:rotfl:. I want each ressie to have the Disney experience written all over it!

Date- Park- Dinner Ressie

Jan 20th- MK- ?
Jan 21st- HS- ?
Jan 22nd- Epcot- ?
Jan 23rd- Free "Whatever/Wherever" Day
Jan 24th- MK- Crystal Palace
Jan 25th- AK- ?
Jan 26th- MK- Cinderella's RT

Thanks in advance, I couldnt do it without you!:woohoo:

You will get many of different opinions on this and while my experience is limited here is my opinion.

Assuming you want to stay in the parks.

MK- Liberty Tree Tavern: LOVE the food though I admit since they took away the characters it feels a little less Disney to me.

HS- 50's Prime Time Cafe: The theme and feel are fun and detailed. With the right server this home cooked blast from the past is my families favorite.

Epcot- Coral Reef: There is a split in my house about this. I love the view and hate the food, while my DH loves both. I would however love to try the Garden Grill.

AK- I have never had dinner anywhere, but Rain Forest Cafe (sorry).

Hope this helped and enjoy your trip.

Here is where I'd choose for great Disney experiences :)

Jan 20th- MK- My favourite restaurant here is Plaza but I don't think it's worth a TS credit since it's quite cheap. I'd go for Liberty Tree Tavern. Great theming and the food is good.

Jan 21st- HS- Sci Fi Dine In Theater - This is probably one of the coolest restaurants in WDW. The atmosphere is amazing and needs to be experienced. I've always had a great meal here.

Jan 22nd- Epcot- Rose and Crown. Try and get an ADR for 7.30 or later. You get a great view of Illuminations here, whether it's outside or inside (you are taken to their private viewing area). The food is excellent too.

Jan 23rd- I'd suggest Ohana at the Polynesian. It's a really magical place, and the food is amazing. It is really Disney!

Jan 24th- MK- Crystal Palace

Jan 25th- AK- I'd go over to the Animal Kingdom Lodge and eat at Boma. The biggest buffet I have ever seen, and fantastic service. It's defnitely something that should be experienced at least once. I'm not a very adventurous eater but I still enjoy Boma.

Jan 26th- MK- Cinderella's RT

Jan 20th- MK- LTT is probably the best TS option at MK
Jan 21st- HS- We like the food at 50's PTC much better than the food at Sci-Fi. However, Sci-Fi is a pretty unique experience so I don't think you could go wrong either way.
Jan 22nd- Epcot- Les Chef's or La Hacienda
Jan 23rd- Free "Whatever/Wherever" Day- Since it doesn't seem like your spending any time in DTD, I would do that on your free day and I would pick Raglan Road for dinner.
Jan 24th- MK- Crystal Palace
Jan 25th- AK- Flame Tree BBQ for your CS lunch and then head over to AKL for Boma. Boma is pretty good and AKL is a beautiful resort.
Jan 26th- MK- Cinderella's RT

MK:
MK doesn't serve alcohol, so we like to hit a restaurant at a resort on the monorail (Contemporary, Polynesian, Grand Floridian), then go back into MK after dinner. It gives you a nice break from the crowds as well.

We have 2 kids, so for dinner we've eaten at 1900 Park Fare (Cinderella's Happily Ever After), and Chef Mickey's. If it was just the 2 of us, I'd look at some of the nicer 1TS restaurants at Grand Floridian or the Contemporary.

HS:
If you're going on a night that Fantasmic is showing, you may want to book a Fantasmic dining package to be guaranteed seating for the show. For 1TS places we've eaten at Hollywood and Vine (buffet and noisy), 50's Prime Time Cafe (lots of fun!), and Sci-Fi Drive in (more burgers/malts type of food--cool atmosphere sitting in a car, but you'll likely have other people in the car with you as it seats 6. My then 9 yr old daughter hated it--she had nightmares from the B movie flicks). Of those, I'd recommend the 50's Prime Time cafe.

AK:
If you want to stay in the park, go to Tusker House. It's a buffet with African flavors. AK tends to close by 6PM often, if that's the case, you can have dinner anywhere. We did that on Thanksgiving and took a bus to the Contemporary and ate at Chef Mickey's. Then we took the monorail to MK and got onto our resort bus.

Epcot:
So many good places here! In Future World we like Garden Grill in the Land--character family style meal with food grown from the Land. Farmer mickey, Chip, Dale, Pluto come by. Restaurant rotates. In World Showcase: we like San Angel Inn in Mexico. It's been years, but we've eaten at Rose and Crown Pub. We ate at Chefs de France this year, I wasn't happy with my steak, but everyone else had the salmon and loved it.

Amazing suggestions...keep 'em coming:)

I would def. go for the fantasmic! DP but it looks like it's not showing for the majority of January....Oh Well, plenty more to see!

Thank you to everyone again.

If you do decide to spend some time at DTD be aware that there are major changes coming to the DDP in 2012. Starting in January there is only one table service restaurant at DTD that is included in the Dining Plan and it's Cap'n Jack's.

I would check the DDP updated list of included restaurants for 2012 before you make any reservations.

[Tough one...we always eat most of our meals [B[]here in Epcot & I love lots of them. My DH fav. is Coral Reef...he likes the fish tanks & food & all. My fav is LeCellier lunch is 1 credit , supper 2 credits here....I just love the steaks & the restaurant & everything. But for the more neater feel...I might be tempted o pick San Angel Inn. It is so pretty w/ the stars in the sky there.]

Jan 23rd- Free "Whatever/Wherever" Day
{Ohana for supper for sure!]

Jan 24th- MK- Crystal Palace

Jan 25th- AK- ?[Tusker House Safari breakfast...it is awesome food & I love the characters there!]

Jan 26th- MK- Cinderella's RT

Day 1 & 2 no ideas. We usually leave HS to eat elsewhere & it is usually a 2 credit meal & at MK we either eat at Crystal Palace which you are doing or we go by monorail to Ohana...which I put on your free day.If you have hoppers I'd most likely go back to Epcot for at least one more meal.

The ADR's are done like dinner...I'm not sure if that was a bad pun, forgive me if it is:)
