Which ADR's require credit card?

I just booked an ADR at Akershus princess torybook breakfast and they required a credit card....dos anyone know if this is for all character meals? Or just certain ones? What about Chef Mickey's? Just want to be prepared when I call back! Thanks!

I know breakfast in Cinderella's castle required a credit card but Donald's Breakfastosaurous did not.
