Which ADRs do you have booked?

What are your kids into? Any characters they really want to meet?

We did Garden Grill at Epcot and it was awesome. We also did Cape May Cafe at Beach Club Resort for breakfast on a non-park day and that was fabulous as well. I have one daughter who's 6 and we did a special mommy-daughter lunch at CRT and that was probably my favorite part of the trip. Oh and we did Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge which was my husband's favorite part of the trip.

In general, I don't like giving up park time when I'm at MK so usually we just do QS meals there. We made an exception this time for CRT. We did half of our sit down dining on non-park days. But some people like the down time they get from a TS meal during a park day, so it depends on how you tour.

Character meals...we like Tusker House breakfast and 1900 PF dinner the best. We also really like Via Napoli and Mama Melrose.

We have 6 year old twins. Our must dos are Via Napoli, Tokyo Dining, BOG, and Ohana.

BOG dinner (not this upcoming trip)
Akershus or CRT (usually do one or the other)
1900 PF
Tusker House brunch
California Grille (every other trip)

We are trying to branch out... new this time:
Tiffins dinner
Bon Voyage breakfast

Crystal Palace
Tusker House- a fav every year
Chef Mickeys (breakfast)
Garden Grill (awesome)

My almost 3 year old picked our ADRs for our next trip. We are going to Tusker House, Biergarten and Sci Fi. Biergarten is great bc the have the band and the kids can go down and dance.

Other family favorites are Garden Grill and Boma. Coral Reef is also neat for kids with the aquarium.

With kids, we found family-style meals (where they bring a large platter of things to share, and bring more of whatever you need) to be most pleasant. Buffets meant wrangling kids with trips to the buffet and extra plates, and table service was nice but it did take a little longer (and hungry little kids aren't exactly known for patience).

Depends on your adult-to-kid ratio though. :)

We had the best time at 'Ohana breakfast and next trip I am making a pitch for Garden Grill for this very reason. :)

This trip we currently have booked
Ohana
Beirgarten
Boma
The Wave breakfast
Kona

We are going to force ourselves to try some new stuff this trip but some of our favorites are
San Angel Inn
Sci Fi
CRT breakfast

CRT for breakfast and
BOG for dinner were two of the highlights of our trip, and that includes attractions!
For comparison we also did
Tusker for lunch
Akershus for lunch. Both of those were great too! But Akershus was basically the same princesses as CRT and after spending 2.5 days in MK, it was unnecessary and too much princess for me. Of course both my girls loved it!
We also really enjoyed taking a break during our touring for Table Service meals, after filling our bellies and relaxing we felt so rejuvenated and refreshed!

We're heading back in August and my kids begged for breakfast at the Rainforest Cafe. I know it sometimes doesn't have the best reviews but it's their favorite place! This year we'll also be doing Ohana for dinner and breakfast and will be trying Raglan Road.

CRT-lunch, Ohana breakfast with Lilo and Stitch and Kona cafe. We are desperately trying to get a BOG reservation for September 1st for dinner. still not successful. :worried:

CRT or Chef Mickey for breakfast
Crystal Palace, Garden Grill, Sci Fi or Ohana for dinner.

We have ages 7 & 9. We are skipping Crystal Palace this time, since we have been 4 times, but it was a must do for all our other vacations. Akershus was a 2x repeat for us, Tusker house, San Angel Inn. BoG ... we've only eaten there for lunch and think that's a good quick service. We usually like to eat 1 dinner at whatever resort we're at.

Upcoming trip we have Maya Grill, Tusker House, Rose & Crown, O'hana breakfast, San Angel Inn.

I have 5 and 6 year old girls. Next month we are going to...

Cinderella's Royal arable
Tusker House
50s Prime Time
Crystal Palace
Garden Grill
Tony's (FoFpackage)
Bon Voyage Breakfast (forgot which restaurant!!! Going for characters)

When we went last year we did:
1900 Park Fare breakfast
1900 Park Fare dinner
Be Our Guest dinner
Tusker House
Akershus
50s Prime Time
Garden Grill

We have basically been happy with every place we have eaten thus far!!! As you can see, we mostly go for characters. However, my husband and I love 50s Prime Time, so we have to go there! This year we also opted to try Tony's bc we wanted access for the parade....last year we had fastpasses and enjoyed the area!

We don't have any must do's because some trips we prefer to eat lightly, and other trips we don't.

But, in terms of places than we've gone to more than once with our DS:

-Hoop Dee Doo
-Crystal Palace breakfast
-Beaches and Cream
-'Ohana dinner
-Califirnia Grill (despite his young age, DS loves an early ADR here with sunset views of MK and a flatbread pizza as his meal)

This trip we have booked...

-Akershus (Dinner)
-BOG (Breakfast)
-Ohana (Dinner)
-Yak & Yeti (Dinner)
-Hollywood and Vine (fantasmic dinner package)
-Whispering Canyon (dinner)

We have a five-year-old and a three-year-old. For our next trip we've booked:

-Trattoria al Forno (the new character breakfast -- not gonna lie though, it's mostly for me; we'll be there on my birthday, and I love Flynn Rider!)
-Hollywood & Vine (lunch, Fantasmic! package)
-Tusker House (dinner, Rivers of Light package)
-Homecomin' (lunch -- this one is mostly for me too)
-Liberty Tree Tavern (dinner)
-Be Our Guest (breakfast -- unfortunately, I haven't been able to get a dinner reservation, which sucks because my 5yo is obsessed with the Beast. I figure he'll like just being in the castle)
-Whispering Canyon Cafe (lunch)
-'Ohana (breakfast)

We've taken them to Crystal Palace for breakfast before, and they loved it!
