Which ADR’s do you need to get at more than 180?

We are going in November and Southwest Airlines will not release our dates until 5/31 which is less than 180 days from our trip. I don’t want to book a room now and then have to modify it when I know our exact dates if I don’t have to.

So, which restaurants are not easy to book at the rolling 180 window I would have without my onsite stay booked yet? We don’t care about BOG, CRT or Akershus. Are there others? TIA.

Ohana is a must at your 180d plus 10 days. If you don't care about CRT or BOG then pretty much all else shouldn't be a problem. But if you are particular as to what time you eat then that makes booking as early as possible essential. Those prime dinner time slots will fill up at most restaurants so then you will be left with eating dinner at 4pm or 8:30pm or lunch at 11 or at 2pm. Also if you are looking at a PPO breakfast then those must be booked otherwise you will be left with the 9am right at park opening time.

As long as you are flexible on where and what time then you shouldn't have any problems -- it is those that go in with the specific times that they have to get where they might run into issues. I booked a NYE trip in October, so just a hair over 2 months out -- of course the big sellers were booked, but we had no problem finding ADR for our trip (even BOG for lunch). The only issue was actually on NYE -- but i kept stalking and stalking and eventually found a late dinner reservation. Anything is possible

Anything in World Showcase that has a view of Illuminations if you want that coveted 7:30 - 8:00 time frame. 'Ohana, BOG. If you are particular about the times you want your meals at, and especially if you want supper around 5:00 - 6:30, you will find availability gets scarce pretty quickly at most restaurants. If you are willing to eat supper early, or late, then there really are only a handful of locations where you will need to book early to stand a chance.
