Where's Shepherd Smith?

He has been doing an incredible job for Fox and was on pretty much 24/7 but I haven't seen him for a couple of days now. I still see Geraldo, but no Shep.

I think Shep's back in New York. I saw him yesterday on one of the Fox shows (can't remember which one). He was wearing a suit and tie.

He was on the Fox Report and Bill O'Reilly Monday night. Yesterday he was on Studio B and the Fox Report.

I didn't know he was on David Letterman. I wish I had seen that.

I agree, he has done an amazing job reporting. Being from down there, it is such a personal thing for him and quite touching to see his level of involvement.
We were wondering where he went also. The last day we saw him reporting from New Orleans, I think it may have been Friday night, he looked AWFUL - I'm sure he has been through hell and seen other people doing through it too and it was showing on him badly. I felt terrible for him and saw that he needed to get out of there and decompress. So glad to hear he is going back though.

He was on briefly Saturday morning. His voice was hoarse and he looked drained and exhausted.
