Where's my reservation??

Okay, I made my reservation and went to disney website to get some info and I can't find details... In the past I could go to my reservations and it would show you the billing and allow you to make payments, but I can't find this info on the new website. It shows my ressie, resort and how many in the party; but there is no information on the price or what has been paid thus far. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Sorry, but I would call. The new site is still kind of wonky at times and some of the old features were not brought along with the update.

There's a whole thread somewhere titled "hate the new website" and it seems to be the sentiment most of us have. I've found that you can get around the new site and view more of your details and even make payments. Go to www.disneyworld.com. Log in. Scroll down and look at the right column near the bottom of the page. Click on the customized maps link. Once that page comes up, scroll back up to the top and hold your mouse over My Disney Vacation until you see My Reservations, click on it. Your reservation details, including a link to make a payment should come up. I've been able to make three separate payments using that method.

I followed your directions, but it is bringing me back to my reservation page in My Disney Experience. When you hit ressie details. it is just giving bare bones, not one mention of money....hmmmm

I'm actually looking at my reservations right now using the method that I talked about. Does the page look like the old page? If so, click on View Details. From there, you will see the link to make payments.

You may have to log out and then log back in.

Thank you so much, this has been driving me crazy... Spent 45 min on the phone the other day and still could not get this corrected.... Followed your steps and it worked like a charm!!!

You are very welcome! I am not a big fan of the new site and was happy when I stumbled upon a way around it.
