Where's My Refund site question

Odd question about the Where's My Refund IRS website. We were one of the families that had to wait to file because of the education hold up. We filed on the 14th and we finally showed up on the site that it had been received. Now if I go on, it tells us that we have entered the wrong info. I have heard that the system is being worked to the limits. Has this happened to anyone else?

Education credit held min up til the 14th when I got an email that turbo tax sent it.
I just went on the site and entered my info, the red bar states my refund was received and underneath it states I should expect my refund within 21 days.

That's what mine did say but now it's telling me my info is wrong and put it in again. :-/

Don't have an answer for your problems. But yesterday I read that the Where's My Refund IRS website has been overwhelmed and people should just access it once a day. Updates to their site is just once a day usually at night.
