I just filed my taxes on Sunday and my refund deposited today! 4 days! Not too bad! Now I can put it down on our Disney Trip!

My message now says March 3rd. A little dissapointing, because according to the chart it should be Feb 27th, but as long as they don't delay it, I'm OK.

Mine is the same. Initially said Feb 24th, now says March 3rd. I hope it comes before that! Mine is going all towards bills, but I would like to have it here before the next due date of those bills! Bummer!

They lowered it by 300 because they claim I entered the wrong about for the rebate, but I imputed what the IRS website said I got for the rebate!!! I don't get it! They say to wait until I get the notice in the mail explaining why it was different before waiting to call. Should I wait or call now?

wow, who did your taxes, I did mine friday the 13th with turbo tax and it is saying march 3rd deposit except if they find mistakes.

Was that a refund anticipation loan? IRS deposits on Friday, and their cutoff is a specific time during the business week prior.

Still trying to figure out where mine went. I had the tax guy do them and he efiled on 2/5/09. Today he finally checks on it because I told him I haven't got the state and the irs keeps saying Check your personal info there must be a mistake in SS#, amount...He says well it's there it just hasn't been accepted yet. It hasn't been rejected either It appears to be in limbo. He was going to call his company and see if they could resubmit it. Sorry so long. Has anyone else had this happen?? I'm so frustrated as according to the schedule mine should have deposited tomorrow too

Estimated refund date for direct deposit: February 20, 2009

which would be in line with the IRS refund schedule. However, it's not showing online as being deposited tomorrow. Now I'm getting depressed wondering if it will be there. Are they running a week behind?

Our accountant e-filed for us last Friday. I was shocked that our state refund was deposited into our account yesterday (Wed) and our federal was deposited today (Thurs). I can't believe how fast it was this year! I totally wasn't expecting it until early next month.

Hmmm, just checked ours and it is 600.00 more due to the rebate recovery credit. We didn't get the full amount last year, but I wasn't complaining....we have 5 children so we don't have a lot of tax liability anyway. But the strange thing is that even with the 'mistake' they corrected and gave us more money, the moved the deposit date by a week and it's supposed to be deposited tomorrow....we'll see.

Very few are getting refunds back on time this year. If that was your original date then if its not being showed as being deposited then you can prob look for it to be deposited next Fri. I know its depressing because i've been sitting on edge for a while. Ours along with quite a few others were supposed to have been deposited last Fri and then it was changed to this week.
