Wheres my refund question

Mine was deposited today!! Today was the original day they said, but then it changed to the 24th, but it was there today.

Our refund was deposited this morning! Today is the date that Turbo Tax gave us, so it was right on time.

Now, we're just waiting on our state refund. According to Alabama's website, we'll get it "in the due course of business." (Whatever that means!) Oh, and I have to amend last year's federal form, too.

Now I checked this morning and its saying March 3. I wish they would make up their minds.....

e filed 2/14, checked today 2/20 (first time) says to be deposited on 2/23!

From the beginning our date has been 2/24, I just checked and ours has been deposited.

Just saw that mine is scheduled to pay next week.

Can finish paying last year's trip (love six month grace period on Disney Visa) and put the rest on this year's!

My message now says March 3rd. A little dissapointing, because according to the chart it should be Feb 27th, but as long as they don't delay it, I'm OK.

Mine says the same now but, if I remember correctly, the same thing happened last year but we got it on that Friday prior. I believe most of their deposits are done on Friday. Time will tell. Atleast it isnt a week or two later than original thought.

We filed (okay, the accountant filed for us) on Monday, February 15 and I had my state refund (CT) on Thursday, February 18 (direct deposit)- I was shocked!

No federal yet, but I believe they only cut the checks (or do the deposits) on certain days of the week....

I still have the darn "We are processing your return. Unless we find mistakes........ March 3, 2009" This actually changed, the original date was Feb. 27th. The IRS accepted our return from H & R Block on 2-10. We have e-filed through H & R Block and have it direct deposited for years and have NEVER waited more than 10 days to have our refund. When I call the IRS I keep getting the same answer. It can take up to three weeks to process a return. When I state it has never taken three weeks then they say again it can take up to three weeks to process a return. You must have always been lucky in previous years to have your refund within 10 days.

My dh was laid off for a few months, just went back to work. If I don't pay the mortgage co. $3400.00 by March 15th they are going to foreclose on the home.

It is ssssssssssssoooooooooo frustrating, nerve wracking and total bull. If I owed them $8800 you can bet your bottom they would want it now, not in three weeks!!! I'm praying for a miracle, we'll see.

Mine said the same thing...First the 17th, then the 20th, then the 24th(?) and now the 3rd of March. At least I am not as worried as before I found this thread. I thought something was wrong with my taxes.

Everybody, refunds are a week behind the IRS schedule depending how you filled. If your a 1040ez you should be on the regular schedule unless there is a problem with your stimulus refund.

If your a 1040 (make more than 56k i think) you will be in the week behind.

My state came in like 3 days but my federal is a week behind
