Where's all the Cat 7 Cabins?

I have been using the Disney Cruise Line site to get an idea of availability and prices for a cruise Feb or April 2006. There never seems to be any Category 7 cabins listed.

Do they sell out quick? Are they held for other travel agents?

Seems Cat 7 is only for 3 people, since I entered 2 adults, 2 kids it didnt com eup in the Search. Live and learn!!!
