Where'd you go for your honeymoon?

We went to Lake Tahoe for a couple days in June. It was great. The weather was nice and the scenery there was beautiful.

I was 21 at the time, he was 22 and this was the first real vacation we took by ourselves. We had gone on shorter week-end trips alone together and longer trips with family, but this was the first time we had to book the plane tix and make the car rental reservations. We felt so grown up and free. Ahhhhhh, those were the days.

We didn't have one. I'm sure we'll take one someday but this was my second marriage and dd came with the package. She splits her time between her dad and I so dh and I have lots of alone time. We like to vacation as a family. Well, she'll have graduated in a couple of years and maybe we'll go alone then.

Flew into Vancouver, cruised Alaska for a week, and then stayed a few days in Seattle. Really wish we spent a few more days in Vancouver.

WDW, then a 3-night Disney cruise. We had such a blast--and even brought home a souvenir nine months later.
