I have been to a lot of places on my own (sometimes flight crews didn't want to do the same things) and always enjoyed myself. The only city I felt unsafe in broad daylight was New Orleans. That sixth sense just kicked in and I felt very uneasy -- it is strange since it was bustling with people!

There would be many foreign cities I wouldn't explore solo due to safety concerns. (I remember one layover crews were not even allowed to leave the hotel for fear of their safety. Needless to say, I never bid that trip!)

Disney parks (or any theme park really). I totally get why people do solo trips and enjoy them, but for me one of the main reasons for going is to spend time with my friends and family.

Also agree with previous posters about certain foreign countries. I'm also a women and wouldn't go alone or in a group with only other women to some countries.

I don't really get the question. I'm not afraid to alone anywhere. I wouldn't go alone most places because I like companionship. I wouldn't even go to WDW alone. It sounds boring.

I can't really think of many places, maybe a few countries, but that has less (or nothing) to do with being alone, more just not wanting to go there at all. I travel all over and do things solo a whole lot. If I waited for someone to do things with, my life would be a lot more boring. Movies, dinner, road trips, international trips, theme parks, hiking, city trips, just about anything I've done solo.
