i have a credit with united airlines that i want to use....if this is you, what would you do?

we have a credit of about $1000 with united.ca so thats canadian funds. we live in bc canada. fly out of yvr or sea in the states.
where would you go? i was thinking wdw in june. but that might be too hot.
was thinking disneyland but the price is high compared to wdw...????
then i was thinking the great white lodge...but which one?
what other places can a family fly to cheaply and still have stuff to do.
