Where would you get the actual "ticket" for someone if it's reassigned?

I reassigned a ticket I had which was in my MDE to my friend. She doesn't have a magic band, so how would she get in the parks? Do we have to go to guest services to get a card? If so, can we do that ast the resort?

If she is staying at the resort with you, she’ll get a MagicBand. If not, you can get a hard plastic card at any ticket window or Guest Relations location. You can ask at the resort; I never trust them for ticket issues but it’s worth a try.
