Where would you choose to go on vacation if....

I'd go back to Argentina in a heartbeat. It's very romantic.

Wow, I'd go nuts if I could do this! For me:

-Holland - because I'm sorta from there

-Italy - I'd go to Rome, Tuscany and Pompeii & Herculaneum

-Egypt - a cruise preferably

-Nevis/St Kitts - just to chill

-California - Back to San Diego and I'd love to see San Francisco

-New England - so many places I'd want to see there I can't even start!

How many days do you have? Since we usually go on longer vacations I personally would probably opt for the following:

Vietnam (a tour)
Australia (various places + Great Barrier Reef)
Peru (and hike the Inka trail into Maccu Piccu)
Japan (Tokyu, Kyoto and?)

Let's see... I would probably go to California. I would love to go to Europe or Australia but the idea of flying over the ocean terrifies me. I would rent a beach house, hang out, check out Hollywood, drive through the Monterey/Carmel area... ahhhh!

I would say the Virgin Islands ...St. John to be exact. Has to be one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen and I do love the beach!

Been to Ireland, Greece, Italy, France and they are all wonderful.

How long do you have and what time of year?

We have up to a month and anytime during the year except September and October due to hurricane season here at home.

I forgot to post that my dh did take me to Italy, Greece and Turkey last year so I'd like to go somewhere else, although Italy was wonderful and I wouldn't mind going again.

We have been to Hawaii a lot since I once lived there and we have taken a lot of cruises (which he does prefer) to the Caribbean.

Please keep the suggestions coming and things to do while visiting somewhere special.

This would pretty much be my trip too-I wouldn't mind a package to the British Open and hit Ireland/Scotland with a few rounds of golf thrown in .

I have always wanted to see Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales. I wonder what are some can't miss things I need to see while there. My dh is a duffer and Im sure he would have to throw in a few rounds no matter where we end up going.
