Looks like some interesting plans for Vegas! So glad Carol was able to play enforcer and get some answers from the TA! She must really be hoping everything goes smoothly so she doesn't miss out on her "pick-up!"

Actually Carol too apart all the papers , carefully checked ecah one and assembled them properly and finally , she saw all 10 individuals , wrote on the back so she can clearly explain if we get a "stupid" driver , then Joanne from P & P called and she again reviewed them with her . Now Joanne was the one Mary the T.A. thought had gone over all this with us , but in actuall fact just handed them to us , my guess is she is the ine who messed them up!!! She was the one who sad I was "over researching when I mentioned the Resort Fees and didn't believe me !!! Carol and I work well together she leaves all the researching to me , never questions any tidbits I find out cuz she knows me !! Those resort fees just started in March which is why o many did not know about them . Yes I have to get the plans up for October so Pat knows what she is doing I wonder if she will also bring a Wooden Marv!!!????Hey we could have a Spoon fight!!!!

Our first Show in Vegas is at 4 p the first day at The Flamingo

6 days to Vegas !!!!!!!! Where is everyone !!!

The next day we will head to Mickey Dees fo breakfast whih is either in or very close to Harrah's and then it is off by mono to the Bellagio



This is what I can't wait to see



See the bridges over the road ,I am soo glad we don't have to cross the Strip



I believe there is a EOS near Planet Hollywood so a little bit of Disney



We will head back to Harrah's to catch an hour of



Our next stop is Freemont Street

Harrah's looks beautiful.

I have to say that all your pictures are intriguing me. I have never been to Vegas, Yup - that's right. Hard to believe. I guess I'll put it back on the bucket list, although it looks a tad overwhelming.

I found it very smoky and overwhelming at times. I guess Disney is overwhelming but in a totally different way.

It is an experience that for sure.

Rosie, you mentioned taking the monorail from Harrah's to the Bellagio.

You may want to consider walking if you are near the front of the resort and the weather is good. I sometimes found the monorail is so set back from the strip that once you walk back, board and ride and walk back toward the strip it ends up being the same distance. Just a thought.....

The monorail does run outside but under cover usually out the back of the resorts. If you eating then taking the monorail I have found the food court sometimes is towards the back as well.

Thanks Pat !!! Toby Keiths looks close to the monorail walkway, it is on my LIST as a possibility for lunch the first day, all will depend on what coupons are in the book I hear we get at the front desk. I have one traveller who I think has some major breathing issues so walking in the heat is gonna be kept to a minimum!!

I just got a sad phone call, I am sitting at work trying to keep it together, Judy's boyfriend came over to fix the gutter and found my 17 year old cat dead in the driveway. He was really Judy's cat but seeing at she lived with me for 10 years, my house was home and he stayed when she left. He was an outdoor cat by choice but we knew his days were numbered , I have no idea what happened, weather he just died of old age or if he was hit by a car. I am just so sad I need some Dis Hugs !!!
