Friends have asked about playing with the fire for sparks. Did it hurt? Damage the camera?
i wore a carhartt sweatshirt with a hood. the sparks rained around me i did not get hurt! the camera was fine.
the glow sticks on the other hand were BRUTAL!!! I have several black and blue marks from smacking myself with the evil things.
I love the outcome:

I LOVE IT!!!! finally know what i am doing.. well kinda..
I try and shoot more and more especially now Fall is here.

I cannot practice for Disney here. I have fireworks down pretty good as Navy pier has them more and more. day time i think will be fine. it's the dark rides!!! any advice? I only have the two lens.
Help?!?! this is where i am utterly lost.
I also am going to need help on the maybe i should start there!!!

Sorry, I can't help at all on the camera questions.....I can barely operate my little point and shoot. Once upon a time I loved photography (took it all four years in highschool) but can't tell you anything any more

It's like riding a bike the settings haven't changed the dials have!!!
Next time i'm out i will promise a Suzi and POSSIBLE Brad don't know if i can do Bradley that would be a long shutter!

Bradey....no "L". I know, I know...everyone expects Brady without the "E", but I just think it needs an E. I was taught in school that in order to have the long vowel sound you needed an E. So therefore...my son will forever need to correct people his whole life Whatch gonna do??

One of my favorite childhood memories was going camping with girl scouts. Meg has been in girl scouts for about a year now.. WE are going camping!! IN the exact same place and the same cabin!! I AM SO EXCITED!!! To go back i haven't been in 28 years relive some of those memories with my daughter
We can only spend one night since FOOTBALL and CHEERLEADING is on Sunday. Can't wait to be able to sit in my front room one day and relax. One can dream right?
Can't wait to post the pictures!!!

And my kids are 19, 17 and 12. And we're still going fast forward with no sitting in the front room. Let me know if you figure out the secret to doing that, ok?

After 28 years, I certainly hope that everything is similar....but NOT exactly the same.

I had this problem.... they don't give you much room for all the stuff you want in your siggie. I had to take as much out of my siggie as I could. I had each trip on it's own line, and I had to combine a few so I had more room. I can see your ticker, but not the bottom of it where it says how long you have

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
I finally took the night off of the field! Yay me! so i had time to get threw the pictures!!
Wow what a weekend!!!
Friday:My "boss" (who i went to high school with) He and i fight like cats and dogs... It gets ugly.. well finally i am out of his section!!! WOO HOOO!!! bit of advise? NEVER work for a friend!!!
It's bittersweet but in the end i am looking for the new experience!!!
then OFF TO CAMPING!
Talk about rushing around! had to pack. I was sooooooo NOT ready. I am glad i had all my Disney luggage bags! phew that was a lot to pack FOR ONE NIGHT!!!
I mentioned before i used to go to Butternut springs when i was 8ish. they really were the best memories i had. the Mom's were all nutty and we had a ball!!!
After packing ALL of our supplies including "special bug juice" Meg and i were off to pick up a couple of friends before meeting at the school.
At school we caravan over to Valparaiso Indiana ! What did my friend and i talk about the entire way there??? DISNEY of course!!! She nad her family are DVC members and go at least 3 times a year! Lucky!!!
NOT paying ANY attention to where i was going and yapping away.. I only followed the car in front of me! Hummmm Interesting.. HOW WILL WE MAKE IT HOME?!?!
Eh well. worry about that tomorrow... The scouts are staying two nights. we are only able to stay one since football/cheerleading RULES MY LIFE.

WE ARRIVE! I have no idea where i am.. The parking lot is about a half mile away from our cabin. we have to LUG all the crap we brought... damn.. Had i known that? I would have driven up to the cabin!!! my way of camping!
The cabin is EXACTLY how i remember it!!!
ugh oh... Im running out of time here!!! took too long fro the pictures to upload! I will continue tomorrow!
