Everything here is CRAZY!!! I have some MASSIVE brain farts going on... I hope to post soon. Today is my boss's last day.. and as some of you know the Hawks won the cup, their parade is today and i am hoping to get over there at some point to get some awesome pictures.
Work is INSANE right now.especially with HIM leaving me.
then you know the routine of baseball and softball going on.. I might have some time tomorrow to post!!!!!

I don't mind you asking, but my less than satisfying answer is "I don't really know". I have been on a very restricted diet due to recently discovered food allergies: no gluten, dairy, eggs, pasta, rice, potatoes (white) and other things. So, 4 months without sweets, bread, cheese etc., I expected to loose quite a bit of weight. When the scales didn't cooperate, my naturopath told me to stay off the scales! So, I have. It was so disappointing to see such little loss when my hubby lost 25 lbs. just eating the way I have to eat. And he didn't need to loose ANY! But, if it helps, I am down 2 sizes in clothes. The last I checked, which was some time ago, I had lost 15 lbs. Pitiful! BUT, my fibro pain is almost nonexistent now, and I am sooo grateful for that! That is huge. Plus my blood work shows huge improvement on my imbalances (just keep moving Ruthie!). Hormones and such. So, that's a long answer to a short question.

Sorry for the hijack, Mo! We're just killing time until you get back to us. I'm sure it was very emotional on your bosses last day. Hope you have something fun planned for the 4th weekend with plenty of relaxation when possible. And we'll all be here when you get back.

Well HELLO all my chatty Cathys!! Glad you all kept busy as as took my hiatus!
Tried to post on everyone's reports this morning if i missed you i WILL be there I promise I am SO procrastinating on doing actual work here today. I already miss my boss.

First up:
So my boys and their Marlins baseball game.. UGH! they won the one game to go on to the next. talk about a nail biting CRAZY game! My Matt was the catcher!! he did an amazing job and i am so proud of him, i was PROUD of ALL the boys. we held them for 0-0 in the 5th. First time in the league's history we have to go to the international little game rules and finish this game! It starts with one out. one strike and a runner on Second.
Got that?
well this lasted another 3 innings!!! Both teams really played their hearts out!!! we did end up losing in the 8th by one. CRAZY game BEST game ever!!!!
Meg was SUPPOSED to have games all last week and this week. Mother nature thought better so they JUST gave us the Championship!!!
weird i know. the boys played but the girls did not.
You know what this means??? SPORTS ARE OVER!!!! for the next month!!!! What am i going to do?!?!?! Then football starts!!!!
Then of course our beloved Blackhawks bought home the CUP!!!

Yes the letter they sent!!! We Chicagoans are good peeps!!! sometimes i am proud to live here.. then there are the other times..

As you can see i did a TON of photography this weekend. not including ALL the baseball ones i had to do for the league!!!
So a friend of mine asked if i would do their family portrait. I have been telling people NO forever. I do DO people. i like the landscapes.
Because they are friends. i said yes.
Pray for me,
I do not want to screw this up... I am NOT that good of a photographer to do people's portraits!!!! ugh...
then yesterday i had a day off!!!!
the kids talked me into taking them to the show.
so off we went along with the pig things they got at the Disney store a while ago and 2 Duffy bears:

YES A Serendipi D~ bag!!!! I was SO scared to take it out since i haven't scotch guarded it yet!!!!
Let me tell you...
I am ONE LUCKY Girl!!! you all missed out. this bag is fantastic! I was able to fit 8 boxes of candy, My keys, cigarette's lighter, small wallet, my cell phone, and whatever else IN THE BAG!!!!
the quality of the bag is TO DIE FOR! the hardware the amount of stitching it is going to LAST and last a long time. probably hand it down for generations... I know this bag will last forever. i cannot go on enough about how well made it is. On top of it all??? IS ADORABLE! so NA NA NA NA
i have an awesome bag!!!

as For the Disney front. I hate to say it out loud, it may or may not happen.. with everything going on. we will have to wait and see,

OCT 2014 I would love to stay at the poly but just can't afford it. well maybe some day. Your kids are so cute. My two youngest are 13 months apart and they drove me crazy so congrats on raising 3 at once WOW

Well Yes! I am glad your back! yet I know how sad it is to come home from a Vaca.

My kids don't like the 3D movies. I think Curtis doesn't like to deal with the glasses on top of his glasses. Sometimes they comment that a movie did not need to be 3D but we have not seen monsters inc yet. I think the movie companies just know they will get more money for 3D.

we did NOT see it in 3-d there really isn't any huge 3-d affects that would have happened...

Glad you got a chance to relax over the weekend. Yeah for Meg being in 1st place and congrats to the boys on their win.

it was fun.. i need a get away.. no way can i relax at home.

So many fun places to eat in WDW. I usually start with which park and go from there. We sometimes eat at a monorail resort on a MK day or hit a different resort on our AK day, that is usually a short day for us. We usually do Askershus for a late breakfast on an Epcot day (my dad's favorite and one of our only breakfasts) and a table service lunch in MK on a day I plan for fireworks watching. Note: we always seem to go during MNSSHP or MVMCP so we have to plan our MK fireworks nights for the days they don't have the party.

LOVE akershus (the characters) the breakfast was better then the lunch..

Totally agree! We all love to help first timers. I think my friends get pretty sick of me sometimes because I just love to talk Disney. Mo said it perfectly....It is just so magical. My biggest piece of advise for first timers is: Don't try to see it all. You WILL be back. Take plenty of time to just soak up the magic. It's all in the details.

NO walk slow enjoy EVERYTHING that you can. there is such an overload of sights, smells, you really need to take your time otherwise you will end up missing a ton. (go left) DO NOT leave there going i wish we did this differently.. Go there with a plan yes. Go there eyes WIDE! I went the first time with plans.. they all went out the window, once we got there. we knew what we wanted and we just did it at our own pace!!!

Bug away...we are all on the DISboards because we love Disney! We eat, sleep, dream Disney. It is an obsession....so feel free to ask away.

ya know i was thinking about this yesterday in how i am seriously obsessed with all Disney.. I think i need a anonymous something to help!

I have a pair of lucky socks too. They are orange and black argyle socks with a purple line running through. The colors of all my favorite teams! I wore them to a number of Orioles games this year and they won them all. Since they are knee highs, there is no way I can wear them over the summer, so I switched to my lucky earrings - which seem to be working just as well.

We went to see MU last weekend. Dh insists on going to the 3D version, but I'm with you. I don't think there was anything special about it - and the fricking tickets cost $24 for the 2 of us! We also had assigned seats - I've never been to a movie before where we had assigned seats!

You are a great photographer Mo and you will do just fine with the portraits. You don't have to charge a sitting fee if you don't want to.
