She appears without Flynn at Town Square Theater, continuously from park open until 4:00p. After that she alternates with Aurora. Use FastPass for her. TST is on your right as you enter MK under the train station.

She currently meets by herself (with two other princesses) from 9am to 4pm continuously and intermittently until 7pm or so at the Town Square Theater on Main Street, USA.

To avoid long waits, I suggest picking up a FASTPASS for the greeting. To guarantee meeting her, pick one up by 1pm or so, as the times (at least the ones before 4pm) go fast.
