Not sure, but my guess would be the jewelry section of The World of Disney store at DTD. I do not remember that specifically, but it fits the theme.

That sounds quite possible - I just checked a couple of my shots from there and the ceiling (and the decor) matches. I think the WoD store has a higher ceiling, though I may be mistaken.

The jewelry/pin room at WoD was recently redone. The pins are no longer in that room, but I am pretty confident it is in that room. The colors match and the room itself has an overall villians decor.
