DHS - probably Gertie's ice cream (only b/c I cannot recall anything else we ate on that trip at MGM except a swirl softserve), 1989

AK - ribs, chicken & the pulled pork sandwiches (DMom, DSis and I all shared tastes of our lunches) at Flame Tree, 2006

I don't remember much from my first trip when I was about 10. We ate at the Diamond Horseshoe or Hoop Dee Doo, not sure which, and whether that was first or not I do not know.

The first trip I took my family to was in 1999, a lot of first for the three of us. If memory serves, without pulling up trip reports or spreadsheets to confirm...

I really don't remember the first meals pf most of my trips. In 1999 it was the Pepper Market at Coronado Springs. In 2006, it was Sunshine Seasons. That's all I can think of.

Most of the time, we went to Epcot first (except in '82), so most of my meals were there somewhere.

I can't remember that far back but here's a shot at it

MK -- First trip 1979, a friend and I ate at King Stefen's Banquet Hall inside
the castle.

Epcot -- Germany/Beergarten 1987 (DH hated it and we haven't been back
there since)

MGM/Studios --1994 I remember eating at a buffet of some sort that Jafar and the rest of the Aladdin bunch attended.

AK-- 1999 Donald's Breakfastourus

DTD -- 1987 (I think it was 87) Chef Mickey's, it wasn't a buffet we also
ate at the Empress Lilly (currently Fulton's) and this is when DTD was called the Marketplace.


Character Breakfast -- 1994 Grand Floridian Mary Poppins

Resort -- 1979 whatever they were calling the main restaurant at the
Polynesian

I loved their waffles as a kid; no trip to MK was complete without breakfast at Town Square!

Epcot
Stargate (now Electric Umbrella)
You could walk around the corner from the restaurant in Communicore and find all sorts of great games to play with futuristic technologies (wow, touch screens!); plus Mickey and the gang would come around in their spacesuit outfits to see you while you were eating! Not bad for ~$5.00!
