Coming down NEXT month already. Showing up on Nov. 16 and noticed Wishes is at 6pm. We have dinner ressies at 7:10 at O'hana's. We want to watch Wishes before we eat.

So, the question is where is the best view of Wishes from the Poly?

Thanks

Hi DaPanMan! Go out to the beach at the Polynesian - there are great viewing spots there.

Enjoy your vacation!

We stayed at the Poly last year and could not wait for the fireworks from the beach. Lo and behold- no MUSIC!!! The front desk was not all that apologetic either. I would just check that it is working before you commit to watching it there- just in case:thumbsup2 . The fireworks were beautiful, but definitely missing something without the tunes.

As the others have said, the beach is great spot for catching the fireworks. I know that it's not QUITE the same, but you can actually somewhat hear the music from the park. A little bit..LoL

Since Wishes is scheduled more than an hour prior to your ADR time, I'd nab a good spot to watch from the train station inside of MK. This puts you conveniently close to the exits.

Promptly exit the park after Wishes, and either hop onto the Resort monorail or take the boat launch to the Poly. The boat launch is located to your right, just in front of the monorail station. This should provide you with both an excellent fireworks viewing experience, and get you to your ADR in plenty of time.

IF you do not have park admission for the day, then I'd seriously consider hopping a ferry boat from the TTC c. 6 PM. They say the view of the fireworks from the ferry to MK is wonderful! Almost like having a Wishes cruise.

Or, you can always watch the fireworks from the Poly grounds... then shop or just wander the garden paths afterwards, until your ADR time. The marina/boat launch is a really good spot for viewing. The area near the volcano pool is also very popular (you could even grab a pre-dinner drink at the pool bar, if you like).

Lots of options.

The boat.....hhhmmm .....never thought of that one. Very good idea.

We don't have park admission for this day. My family is the only ones that know Wishes has music to it. And we are staying at the park late on our last day, Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. We plan on watching SpectroMagic and then Wishes again. Maybe it'll surprise everyone when they hear the music then.

Just figured it be a great way to start the week.

Thanks to everyone.
