Where to watch the FA Cup final?

Ok so apparently Portsmouth is in the FA CUP final, which is the same time we'll be in WDW. My brother, whose supposed be joining us is totally gutted . Any suggestions for where he could catch the game? (preferably on WDW property as weren't not planning on renting car). TIA.

If you go to ESPN at the Boardwalk, you can get there easily from Epcot, they are bound to show the game...

I watched the champions league final in there a few years back, was a good day..
