Where to watch NCAA tournament at Citywalk or Universal Hotels?

Hey all, I will be in Universal later this week (very excited )and wonder where the best place to catch the basketball games will be at? We won't have a car, so we'd like to watch either at the hotel (Portofino), at Citywalk, or at the other Universal hotels.

I saw there is a place called NBA City, but that just looks more like a restaurant. DH and I are more interested in a bar setting where we wouldn't have to get a meal.

Also, if we are actually in the parks and want to stop for a few minutes to watch a game, are there any locations within the actual parks that may be a good spot?

NBA City DOES have a bar area so you don't need to have a meal there.

NBA City. Our town's Little League was in the LL World Series and they set us up in our booth with our own TV. Great atmosphere to watch a game.
