I am planning a trip to Disney world, although my husband laughs because it won't be for a couple of years our little one is too young yet. Regardless I am too excited not to plan. We were there in 1998 honeymoon (it was priceless!) and also went in 2002. Both times we stayed out side of Disney. We haven't stayed at a disney resort and hear they have more advantages to stay there. We will have 4 adults and 2 young children one under 5. I like the fact that we will be close to the parks we will mostly visit Magic kingdom. I heard mostly good things about the poly. Price needs to be some what moderate nothing over 200 a night. Just wondering if anyone can share their experiences to help us choose the right place. What are your favorite resorts? Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hey!
My family and I are huge Disney nuts! You need to stay in Disney for the whole Disney experience. I know that you are looking for something close to the Magic Kingdom and resonably priced. So, you should stay in Disney's Coranado Springs. I can't tell you much about it because I have never stayed there> I would suggest getting in touch with someone who has stayed there. Here is what the Discription said online:Follow in the footsteps of the legendary explorer, Don Francisco de Coronado, and discover a gem of a Resort that combines the beauty, fantasy and unique cultural elements of colonial Spain, Mexico and New Mexico. From the colorful spring-fed Fountain of the Doves to the hidden treasures of the Mayan-ruin themed Dig Site pool, escape to a tranquil lakeside vacation destination unlike any other.Of course, if you could spend more money, go to The Yaught club. My FAVORITE resort. Beach club may look the same, but yaught club is more sufisticated and the service is nicer! (Trust me I've stayed there!)Bourd WalK is ofcourse wonderful if you want to be close to the bourdwalk but is not close to Magic Kingdom!(Neither is Y. Club or B. Club!) They are close to Epcot instead. But Y.club and B.Club share the same POOLS and they are absolutly wonderful
hOPE i COULD BE SOME HELP,
yor Disney friend.

You would need two rooms at all the resorts, unless you get a suite. Have you checked into maybe renting points from a DVC owner...The Wilderness Lodge does have a room that sleeps six, but it is more then $200.00 a night.
