Where to stay

I was wondering, does anyone know of any good hotels that arent to expensive right outside of WDW that offer free transportation to and from the parks? Also, have you ever stayed outside of the park, and what u think of it?

I also forgot to say, were going to WDW on August 11-15. Anyone else out there going?

there are plenty of hotels right outside wdw that offer transportation to the parks. Just be careful...the transportation schedules can be a little crazy...they only come at certain times, certain parks on certain days, etc. Before booking, I would call the hotel directly and ask the transportation schedule. Many are free and many charge.

We have stayed off property, but prefer to stay on...we are into convenience.

I would stay in Down Town Disney...... you can get some deals now thru this board for some of the resorts that are there....
