Where to stay?

Hi everyone. My family and I (DH, DW, DD (19), DS (13)) are going back to Disney for a long weekend (about 6 years since we were last there). Finances are a bit tight this time so we were thinking of staying at one of the value resorts. We were thinking of Pop Century - It looks like a good location. Any general comments on staying there? Is a good choice relative to the All-Stars? Would it be worth it to try and get the extra money for Caribbean or Port Orleans? We stayed at Caribbean last time, and although it was nice, I'm not sure we were at the rooms enough to care whether we stay at a value or not. Any thoughts?

We are staying at Pop next trip. I know that the food court gets rave reviews there and that Pop does not share busses! I am anxious to see what others write! We were at SSR this year and loved it but just cannot afford it! Have a fun trip!

We love Pop! We've stayed there four times now and prefer it over the All Stars - it's newer, the food court/gift shop is bigger, and you don't have to share a bus! We're DVC owners now, but when we need a hotel for a few nights, we always choose Pop. The kids love the pools and the game room and we prefer the food court over any of the DVC resorts! It just has a really great family atmosphere.

Hi Stan,
If money is an issue, I would choose one of the values... If you havent booked yet, keep checking for specials & codes... Believe it or not sometimes you can find great deals for deluxes, mods & suites....

IMO: All the values are fun; for some reason I always felt that the allstars seemed a little quieter then POP but all in all they are fun & its worth it to be on Property.
