We've only invited friends to BCV and BWV. BWV wins hands down. Especially for adults. BCV had a boring patio "cocktail hour view"...whereas Boardwalk (with a Boardwalk View or Pool View) was outrageous. Lots of activity, fireworks, magicians, jugglers...just fun. More people watching and activity.
