Where to start when looking offsite?

I'm pricing out our stay. We'll either do our stay (8-9 nights within the last two weeks of may) at a value resort or stay offsite at a condo or townhome.

It's just the three of us but we stayed at a larger town home back in 2010 and LOVED having the private pool. Also just having the access to a fridge, stove, being able to eat there. Laundry. It was just really nice. The downside was it was a bit further from WDW than I wanted to be.

I didn't have anything to do with booking that one, however, as it was a large group of us that went and my Uncle did the booking.

I'm not sure where to start as far as looking online and am hoping for website recommendations. Ideally I'd LOVE to be within 10 minutes of the parks but I realize that may not be realistic.

Start with www.vrbo.com. This is the Web site where owners advertise their condos and townhomes. Look in Kissimmee. Windsor hills and Windsor palms are two gated condo communities very close to WDW.

We stayed at Bonnet Creek this past October. It was our first venture off property and we actually loved it. I still love WDW resorts, but we just need more space. BC is on the WDW roadways, (through the gates) and right next to Caribbean Beach Resort. Very convienent!
We are looking at staying at Windsor Hills for our next visit as we are hoping to stay for 2 weeks. I can get a bit cheaper rate at WH, but my research on the Dis says it is very close.
Check out both of these places:thumbsup2
