I am NOT a good flyer and am travelling with DH, DD12 & DS7. We will be able to choose our seats this week for next summer (Virgin) where should I be looking and where should I avoid?

Any thhoughts anyone please

If you don't like the movements, sit near the wing, you will feel less pitching and rolling there.
If you like to know what is going on, sit in a window seat and watch the movements.

My wife is a terrible flyer, she tried to get off a plane once at 30,000 feet because she didn't like the bumps ! She likes to sit near the air stewards/stewardesses and watch them, her theory being that they fly every day so she has no need to panic unless they do !

That hotel complex is going to be busy. We have just booked for 15 in total at the Fairfield inn.
As to where to sit on the plane, we went Pe this time and picked seats upstairs, it was bliss. Very quiet.

Hey - makes sense I suppose !!!!!

I think I might be a bit concerned if I saw them panicking too !!!
