Where to set up at CC beach

Our first cruise is in June. Our friends have been many times and in their pictures the Castaway Cay beach looks soooo crowded. I have read here that it is not so crowded down at the end of the family beach. They think it is too far from bathrooms and Cookies to go down to the end. How far is "far"? Does anyone have any comments?

We always head towards the volleyball net area. It usually is one of the last places to fill up.

we always head t the end o of family beach never crowded for us.but it is a hike..

Definitely head to the far end of the family beach. You will be close to a set of restrooms and also to the Castaway Joo's/Group Pavillion game area. You will even find hammocks there until quite late in the day.
