Where to send CM thank you note/feedback?

I encountered some very nice CMs while at WDW and would like to send a note of appreciation - is there a general address or email where I can send a note? They really made our trip magical and I want to say thanks.

Do the CMs ever receive the feedback?

One individual was a CM at Crystal Palace and the other was Minnie Mouse. I have the name of the waiter but obviously I don't have the name of the CM/Minnie Mouse. Would I say the date and time/location that I encountered her?

Make sure you include the date, time, park or resort (and location) and cast member name from the name tag. The office that gets these can research to see exactly who the Cast Member was, and will send the correspondence, through managerial channels, to the direct supervisor of the CM. Usually a copy will also go in the personnel records.

Often, favorable comments will be read at a pre-opening team meeting.

What you can also do next time you're at the parks is go to Guest Relations and ask for a Great Service Fanatic card (I believe that's the correct name!?) and fill it out. I guess that would be the easiest way to thank the cast member and show your appreciation. I received a few when I worked at the German pavillion, so I know they eventually land where they are supposed to.

CMs get "Ears to You" cards put in their files and they do get put up backstage.

My boss used to work at WDW & told me how floored CMs are when they get a note. Unfortunately, considering the exceptional service, they are few & far between. Good for you!
