Does anyone know where I can send a note about the service I recieved from a gentleman named Bentley at the Tampa contact centre? He was amazing - I am a call centre trainer and I would hire him on the spot based on this one call!
I couldn't get the 3rd person in my party into Le Cellier (I had a ressie for 2 but didn't want to leave the third person out) - he convinced me to try Yachtsman instead, so I ended up changing most of my dining for the week - he patiently led me thru it all and made suggestions along the way - I told him my schedule was too EPCOT heavy so he told me his favorite restaurants in every place basically - and I ended up booking 50s Prime Time for the first time ever.
Funny part is I gave up my ressies at both Le Cellier and Cali Grill - if you had asked me earlier today if I'd ever do that I would have laughed and answered with a resounding "NO" - but he was so kind and gave such great reasons for making the changes I'm certain I won't regret it.
Anyways as a call centre trainer - I would love to send in props - but just as I was about to ask him how to go about that my cordless phone died!! Tragic I know.
Let me know if you have done this and who to send it to!
