Where to purchase our first resale DVC?

DH and I are looking to purchase our first DVC. Looking at GFV or BLT - which sites would you recommend?
We live in Canada so our transactions are a little different up here.

unfortunately, you won’t be able to get a great answer here.
Many resale sites aren’t allowed to be mentioned here. (Even for recommendations)

My best advice is to Google dvc resale and the top ones will show up in your search.
If you find a contact that works for you, just do you due diligence and make sure they are reputable. Good luck with your search!

Try dvcresalemarket.com. They are the DIS sponsor and have always dealt fairly with me. I have purchased 5 contracts from them. I have used several others as well.

I would google dvc resales and look at all the sites you find. Whoever has the contract that best matches your preference would be the one to talk with. Good luck!

https://www.fidelityrealestate.com/ is another "well known" but with some "issues" broker that you will hear about in a lot of threads. My first purchase with them had some issues but my second one was flawless (so overall a mixed bag). Expect to have a more hands on/active approach to fidelity and it will go well. Their biggest issue tends to be they like to sit of contracts and not send them to ROFR for a bit of time. I told my agent that was my biggest issue/concern and she took care of me the second time I used them. They also charge the buyer an admin fee but their contracts often tend to be the least expensive so it's worth paying that.
