Where to purchase MBs in Epcot resort area?

The Swan has a Disney shop in the lobby area. Every Disney resort also sells MBs.

The resorts were supposed to be phasing them out - I'm pretty sure that process is well under way.

Graphic MBs are still showing as available at a number of Resorts on the Shop Parks app. Plain are being totally phased out or just available in Parks or DS?

I am more than just a little bit surprised that they are phasing out MB sales in the resorts. I suppose though, that most people staying in a resort have already gotten their bands as part of a package, so I guess it makes sense if they are continuing to sell them in the parks, and at DS. Then again, maybe Disney has decided that there isn't enough profit in the plain MB, and so will only be selling the graphic ones from now on.

I wonder if it’s because the digital Bluetooth door lock systems may be rolling out at the Deluxes and possibly everywhere?
