Hi
Where can I go to make a complaint about a cast member?

We were leaving epcot after a long day for us and I walk up to the front door to let him know. His response was, I am pulling out and I already have 1 scooter on board.

I called him on It and he relented. But still who wants to deal with a surly bus driver. I would understand if he was already at max capacity. But there was no sitting in the seats they lift to place the scooter.

Did you have a scooter to load ?
I wonder if he was already seatbelted and ready to close the door .
I don’t think he can open the back door once he has loaded all the guests in line before you arrived.
It could be a legal Department of Transportation offense if somebody was injured. It is not easy to load those .
I think if we researched we would discover most injuries for cast members are from housekeeping and probably bus drivers .
I would not want to be housekeeping for those bunk beds at the Fort W Cabins !
And those carts in the hallways are very heavy to push .

I am just thinking about both sides of your problem .

Once I stood in a long line in hot sun at Universal to report a team member complaint .
It was a waste of my time .
Now I know to just shake it off .

And sometimes it helps to talk about it . Your issue made me rethink my complaint and I admit. I still recognize that team-member when I see him at Universal . He did make me pretty mad!

I agree with the other posters. They [the bus drivers] have a certain protocol to follow. However, there is no excuse for rudeness.

If the bus driver said no than that's it, what is there to argue or get mad about? It's not the guest's job to make the rules or try to interpret them.

Also, they have timelines to follow as well. We stay at YC, there have been plenty of times the boat captains see someone coming, have plenty of room on the boat but they still untie the boat & leave the dock. They are being monitored, I’ve heard them get questioned over their radios if they aren’t out of the dock on time. There’s always someone coming up, buses & boats could be held up every time they make a stop.
